Strength and Flexibility

Our strength and flexibility training program will get you in shape so you have more energy for daily life and a higher threshold for stress. You will achieve a reasonable level of balance, mobility and flexibility for fitness and optimal quality of life. We incorporate aerobic exercise, also known as cardio or endurance activity, because they are the cornerstone fitness. Our aerobic exercise causes you to breathe faster and more deeply, which maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. We have a better aerobic fitness program then most clinics, the more efficiently your heart, lungs and blood vessels transport oxygen throughout your body — and the easier it is to complete routine physical tasks and rise to unexpected challenges. Our strengthening program will help you increase bone strength and muscular fitness. Resistance bands incorporated to safely strength you using your muscle strength capacity to safely build your muscles. Using your own body weight is one of the safest methods to increase strength so pushups, abdominal crunches and leg squats are used as part of our total strengthening program. The muscles in your abdomen, lower back and pelvis are known as your core muscles, which help protect your back and connect upper and lower body movements. Our core strength program is a key element of our well-rounded fitness training program. We help train your muscles to brace the spine and enable you to use your upper and lower body muscles more effectively.
